Acceptable Use Policy
01 Scope
This policy covers what you may submit to Index Pages and how you may interact with the platform. It forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to every account.
It is short on purpose. We have no interest in a thirty-item wall of prohibitions that nobody reads and that we would not enforce anyway. What is here, we mean.
02 What we will not push
Do not submit URLs for:
- Content sexualising minors. Reported, terminated, no discussion.
- Malware, exploit kits, or drive-by payloads – anything whose purpose is to compromise the visitor.
- Phishing and impersonation – pages built to harvest credentials or payment details, or to pass themselves off as a bank, exchange, government service, or person.
- Content unlawful where it is aimed – including material that infringes copyright you do not hold, or that you have no right to promote.
- Doxxing and targeted harassment of an identifiable private individual.
- Pages you do not have the right to submit – someone else's property, pushed without their say-so.
We do not pre-screen submissions and we are not a content reviewer. We act on what we learn, when we learn it.
03 What we do not judge
We take no position on your SEO tactics, your niche, your editorial choices, or whether your strategy is any good. We are not your reviewer and we are not your conscience.
Programmatic pages, affiliate sites, aggressive link building, aggregators, doorway-adjacent structures, AI-assisted content, competitive niches other vendors will not touch – none of that is our business, and we will not lecture you about it. Our own answer on where this sits is on the record in the FAQ: honestly, grey rather than white.
The line we care about is section 02 and section 04: legality, and the integrity of the platform. Everything on the other side of that line is yours to decide, and yours to answer for.
04 Platform abuse
Do not use the platform against itself. Specifically:
- No scraping, crawling, or automated harvesting of our site, dashboard, or API beyond your own normal use.
- No load testing, stress testing, denial-of-service, or deliberate resource exhaustion.
- No attempts to access another customer's account, data, or submission history.
- No exploiting a bug rather than reporting it. Genuine findings go to [email protected] and are welcome there.
- No reselling or white-labelling the service without a written agreement – talk to [email protected], that conversation is easy to have.
05 Accounts and promos
One account per person or organisation. Do not share credentials, and do not run multiple accounts to farm the referral programme, stack promo codes, or reset a limit.
Referral commission is paid on real orders from real people. Self-referral, circular referral between accounts you control, and incentivised signups that never order are not real orders, and the commission is reversed when we spot them.
Promo codes are one-time and rate-limited. Repeated invalid attempts freeze the account automatically – that is a brute-force defence, not a judgement about you, and [email protected] will unfreeze it if you simply mistyped.
06 Reverse engineering
Attempting to work out how the pipeline operates ends the account immediately. No warning, no appeal, remaining balance forfeited. This is the single rule we enforce on sight, and we do not make exceptions to it.
It covers probing and traffic analysis, timing or fingerprinting attacks against our infrastructure, instrumented pages planted to observe our behaviour, decompiling or disassembling anything we ship, running coordinated accounts to map our patterns, and social-engineering staff into describing internals.
The reason is straightforward. How this service works is the product of years of proprietary work, it is under strict confidentiality, and it is the whole business. We are an easy-going operator on almost everything else. Not on this, and we would rather you knew it in advance than discovered it from a closure email.
Asking us how it works, in a support ticket or a sales call, is not a violation. It is a fair question with a short answer: we do not say. Building an apparatus to find out anyway is the violation.
07 How we enforce
For most things we start proportionate: a note, a rejected submission, a temporary freeze while we ask you what happened. Plenty of issues turn out to be a misconfiguration or a mistyped code, and those end with the account unfrozen the same day.
For the serious categories – content under section 02, or anything under section 06 – there is no ladder. The account closes, the balance is forfeited under the Refund Policy, and orders already dispatched are not reversed.
We do not owe an itemised explanation of how we detected something, for reasons that are obvious by now. We will always tell you which section you fell under.
08 Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is using Index Pages for something in section 02, write to [email protected]. Include the URL and enough detail for us to act – a link with no context is hard to do anything with.
We read every report and reply within one business day. Rights-holder complaints and law-enforcement requests go to the same address and are handled by a human, not a form.
Reports are treated confidentially. Customer URLs stay redacted from public surfaces either way, as described in the Privacy Policy.
