Handle inbound tickets and live chat during 00:00–08:00 UTC. Troubleshoot submission errors, explain crawl and indexation timelines, escalate technical cases.

This list is a snapshot. We open and close roles as the queue and the book change, so what is here today may not be here next month – and something else may be. If nothing fits, the open application below stays open permanently.
Send one email with the role title in the subject line. Include your actual work history and an honest list of what you can and cannot do – we would rather read “I have never used this tool” than discover it in week two.
