How it works

Tell us about your channel – link, audience numbers, and the format you have in mind.
We confirm your tier by email and open an extended account for you.
Run real campaigns with real URLs before you record anything.
Publish your walkthrough. Credit is issued on publication, at the tier agreed in advance.

Why credit and not a flat fee

Because we would rather work with people who actually want to index their own pages. If the credit is not useful to you, the video probably would not be either. On top of the credit you get our standard referral programme – 5% of everything your audience orders, for as long as they keep ordering. The same terms every customer has, nothing bespoke.

What you will do

Own the overnight queue: live chat, email tickets, first-response times
Diagnose failed or stalled submissions against internal runbooks
Escalate reproducible defects with clean, complete reports
Keep macros and canned answers current as the product changes

Near-native written English
Prior SaaS or technical support experience

Send one email with the role title in the subject line. Include your actual work history and an honest list of what you can and cannot do – we would rather read "I have never used this tool" than discover it in week two.

A CV alone is not an application. If your email tells us nothing beyond a file attachment, it will not be reviewed.

We read everything and reply to the candidates we want to talk to. If you have not heard from us within two weeks, we have moved forward with someone else – no follow-up needed. We know this is not the warmest policy; with the volume we receive it is the honest one.
