Terms of Use
01 Scope
These terms cover your use of Index Pages (“Index Pages”, “we”) – this website, the dashboard, and the indexing service behind them. Creating an account means you accept them.
Three companion documents sit alongside this one and form part of the same agreement: the Refund Policy for money, the Acceptable Use Policy for conduct, and the Privacy Policy for data. Where they go into detail, they govern their subject.
If any of this does not suit you, do not open an account. That is a perfectly good outcome and nothing else follows from it.
02 Your account
You need to be able to enter a binding agreement where you live, and you need a working email address. Verification is required before you can submit anything.
One account per person or organisation. You are responsible for everything done under your credentials, including by people you hand them to. Sharing an account is grounds for suspension. If you think someone else has access, write to [email protected] and we will freeze it while you sort it out.
Keep the address on file current. It is the only channel we have to reach you.
03 What the service does
You submit a list of URLs. We push those URLs toward search-engine indexes. Each URL runs a campaign of repeated pushes over roughly three to five days rather than a single blast, because sustained pressure is what actually moves a page from unknown to known.
We report status back to you per URL. That is the deliverable: the work is done, and you can see it was done.
Median time-to-index across our customer book is 4h 20m. That number is measured, not marketing – but it describes what has already happened across many thousands of URLs, not what will happen to yours. Treat it as history, not as a term of this agreement.
Coverage, engine mix, and pipeline internals change as the landscape changes. We may add, alter, or retire parts of the service.
04 Our methods
We do not disclose how the service works. Not in outline, not in a support ticket, not under a signed agreement, not to customers of any size. It is the product of years of proprietary work and it is the one thing we protect without exception.
What you buy is the result and full visibility of every URL's status. What you do not buy is the mechanism. That trade is deliberate, and we would rather state it plainly here than have the conversation later.
Nothing on this site, in the dashboard, or in correspondence with us grants you any licence or right to our methods, software, infrastructure, or data. Anything you learn about how we operate – by accident or otherwise – is confidential, and you agree not to publish, share, or build on it.
05 Price and balance
$1.00 per URL submitted. Minimum 3 URLs per order, maximum 1,000 URLs per order, and as many orders as you like. No platform fee, no seats, no commitments.
Payment is cryptocurrency only – BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC and many other coins – handled by a third-party payment processor. The minimum first top-up is $5.00.
Topping up buys service credit. An order draws that credit down. Your balance is not a deposit, not escrow, and not money we hold on your behalf – it is a prepaid entitlement to submissions. Everything about how that works, and what happens when it does not, is in the Refund Policy.
The referral programme pays a commission on orders placed by people you refer – 5% by default – credited to your balance when the referred order completes. Promo codes are one-time and rate-limited; repeated invalid attempts freeze the account automatically. Trying to farm either is dealt with under the Acceptable Use Policy.
06 No guarantee
Keep your pages reachable. Indexing works on live pages. A submitted URL should return HTTP 200 for the whole duration of its campaign. If a page is down, gated, redirecting, or answering with anything else, some stages of the push simply cannot be performed for it. The submission is still consumed. That is expected behaviour, not a fault – we cannot push a page that is not there.
Search engines decide what gets indexed. We do not, and nobody selling you a guarantee does either. A submission is a request, made well and made repeatedly. It is never a promise.
We do not promise indexation, a ranking, traffic, revenue, or a timeline. Content quality, site health, existing penalties, and engine policy are outside our control and outside this agreement.
07 How you use it
You submit URLs you are entitled to submit, for content that is lawful where it is aimed. You do not use the platform to attack it, to attack anyone else, or to work around our limits.

Worth repeating here: we do not police SEO tactics or editorial choices. We are not your reviewer. The line we care about is legality and platform integrity, not taste.
08 Reverse engineering
Any attempt to determine how the service or its technology works ends the account immediately. No warning, no appeal, remaining balance forfeited. This rule is not negotiable and we do not make exceptions to it.
That covers probing, tracing, timing analysis, instrumenting pages to observe our behaviour, fingerprinting our infrastructure, decompiling or disassembling anything we ship, running accounts in coordination to map our patterns, and asking staff to explain internals under any pretext.
We are otherwise a relaxed operator. Here we are not, and we would rather you knew that before you tried than after. If you are a security researcher with something genuine to report, that is a different conversation and it goes to [email protected] first.
09 As is, and our limit
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost rankings, lost traffic, lost data, reputational harm, business interruption, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, however it arises and whether or not we were told it was possible.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at the amount you paid us for the specific order the claim concerns. Not your balance. Not your lifetime spend. That order.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10 Suspension and closure
We can freeze or close an account for unlawful or abusive submissions, payment irregularities, platform abuse, repeated invalid promo attempts, or where the law requires it. Closures under section 08 are immediate and final.
Where a freeze is precautionary, we will say so, and an email to [email protected] usually resolves it the same day.
We may also decline or discontinue service to anyone, for any lawful reason. If we stop serving you for reasons that are entirely ours, we will tell you and stop taking your money.
Orders already dispatched are not reversed by a closure, in either direction. See the Refund Policy.
11 Changes and law
We update these terms as the service changes. The effective date at the top moves, and material changes are emailed to the address on your account. Continuing to use the service after that is acceptance.
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which we are established, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that jurisdiction. We do not operate an arbitration programme.
If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands. If we do not enforce something straight away, we have not waived it. You may not transfer your account without our written agreement; we may transfer these terms as part of a reorganisation or sale.

12 Leaving
If any of the above sits badly with you – the confidentiality, the absence of guarantees, the refund position, the crypto-only rail – close your account. You do not need a reason and you do not need to explain one to us.
Write to [email protected] from the address on the account and we will close it. Unused balance is service credit and is not converted back to currency, which is the one thing worth knowing before you top up rather than after.
No hard feelings either way. This is a narrow service with sharp edges, built for people who want exactly this. It is fine not to be one of them, and we would rather you left comfortable than stayed uneasy.
